I may store personal information in New Zealand or overseas, including where I use cloud-based software, storage or other

service providers (including the third parties listed above) that store, transfer or access data outside of New Zealand, which

may include Australia or other countries. I will only store or disclose your personal information overseas in accordance with

the New Zealand Privacy Principles.

I take reasonable steps to ensure your personal information is secure and protected from misuse or unauthorised access.

My information technology systems are password protected, and I use a range of administrative and technical measures to

protect these systems. However, I cannot guarantee the security of any information transmitted to or by me over the

internet, and the transmission and exchange of information is carried out at your own risk.

I do not currently use cookies on my website. If this changes, I will update this Privacy Policy to explain what cookies I use

and how you can manage your preferences.

My website may contain links to other websites. I do not have any control over those websites and I am not responsible for

the protection and privacy of any personal information you provide whilst visiting those websites. Those websites are not

governed by this Privacy Policy.

  1. YOUR RIGHTS AND CONTROLLING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Your choice: Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. If you provide personal information to me, you understand I will

collect, hold, use and disclose your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. You do not have to provide

personal information to me, however, if you do not, it may affect my ability to do business with you.

this Privacy Policy. If you are a third party providing personal information about somebody else, you represent and warrant

that you have such person’s consent to provide the personal information to me.


Restrict and unsubscribe: To object to processing for direct marketing/unsubscribe from my email database or opt-out of

communications (including marketing communications), please contact me using the details below or opt-out using the

opt-out facilities provided in the communication.


Access: You may request access to the personal information that I hold about you. An administrative fee may be payable

for the provision of such information. Please note, in some situations, I may be legally permitted to withhold access to your

personal information. If I cannot provide access to your information, I will advise you as soon as reasonably possible and

provide you with the reasons for my refusal and any mechanism available to complain about the refusal. If I can provide

access to your information in another form that still meets your needs, then I will take reasonable steps to give you such

access.


Correction: If you believe that any information I hold about you is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant or

misleading, please contact me using the details below. I will take reasonable steps to promptly correct any information

found to be inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant or misleading. Please note, in some situations, I may be legally

permitted to not correct your personal information. If I cannot correct your information, I will advise you as soon as

reasonably possible and provide you with the reasons for our refusal and any mechanism available to complain about the

refusal.


Complaints: If you wish to make a complaint, please contact me using the details below and provide me with full details of

the complaint. I will promptly investigate your complaint and respond to you, in writing, setting out the outcome of my

investigation and the steps I will take in response to your complaint. If you are not satisfied with my response, you may

contact the Office of the New Zealand Privacy Commissioner.

I may, at any time and at my discretion, vary this Privacy Policy by publishing the amended Privacy Policy on my website. I
